Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Lines Pop mobile game ("the app"). By downloading or playing the app you agree to them. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the app or its content, or to use it in any way that breaks applicable law.
3. Game data
Scores and progress are stored only on your device. We cannot restore them if you delete the app, reset your device or lose it.
4. Purchases and advertising
The app is free and currently has no in-app purchases and no ads. If either is introduced, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first.
5. Intellectual property
The app, including its graphics, sounds and code, is owned by the developer of Lines Pop or its licensors. Third-party components are used under their own licenses.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
